Great location beaches & bars all within a few minutes walk.

Let down by poor housekeeping.

Have stayed here many times. Easy check in. Good location for ,the beach, bars, massage, and restaurants . Good size pool and now the pool decking is being upgraded. Good size car park . Never have to wait long the lifts. Wi fi works well. Freshly cooked omelette at breakfast .

The towels are so old now, need new ones. Had an adjoining room, people in the other room tried to open the door a few times. Could hear their TV and conversations. Lift floors wet from people leaving the pool. Leak from the lobby ceiling over the entrance .

Easy check in. Nice room with a sea view. Good location to 7-11 stores, massage shops, bars ,restaurant's and the beach. Good size pool.

Bathroom needs up dating, no walk in shower. The decking around the pool , broken in so many places . ( Parts were being worked on when I stayed ) Lift floors wet from people leaving the pool, ( suggest rubber mats to be fitted in the lifts )

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Every day the staff carried my grandson and his buggy down the steps to help me and my daughter Rooms Clean

Wasnt that I didnt like it but the flooring in the pool area needs a little work. some areas have broken decking which needs replacing

Staff were excellent and room was spacious and room I was in was just upgraded and had a walk in shower. I have a balance issue so the shower was a bonus

Location and exceptional view to the ocean. Breakfast was mediocre with repetitive choices. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will book again.

The hotel is a grand old lady who's suffering from a lack of love and attention. The mirrors behind the bar in the dining room and reception area are disgustingly dirty as are all the windows throughout the property. Pool area decking is damaged which could easily cause injuries to guests. I enjoyed my stay but felt they had let themselves down on the basic house keeping & maintenance.

Hot and cold water in shower area was terrible , so one could not control the water temperature . Steps in the pool with a round cylinder shape is crazy and makes pool access very difficult. Room seems congested as it has a poor layout .

My one complaint is with you Booking.com. I advised you that I would be arriving at 11.00AM. You acknowledged this but did not pass this information on to the hotel to make arrangements. We therefore had to wait until 2.00PM to check in. I thought they had been informed. It would have been nice if you had passed my request to them and if they did reply told me so I could have got there later. Thanks for nothing Booking.Com. I will not be using your site again

Old, but clean hotel. Nice staff. Location 200 m to beach, bank, restaurants & 7Eleven. Good breakfast and good food in the restaurant. Super view from the balcony to the sea and Koh Larn.

i was happy with the breakfast. The staff were keen to please & always had a smile of their faces. Nice pool with plenty of sun lounges.

hotel was fine and we enjoyed our stay here,we would stay again.

They asked for my card that i payed with to confirm it was the same number they had, (which was okay and expected) but then the night receptionist took my card and photocopied it, which when i explained that now they have all my card details (main number,sort code ,account number and code on back !! ) for anyone to see or copy or forge!! talk about card security and about not letting your card details falling into wrong hands especially abroad !!!!. not a happy bunny.....at the end of my short stay i took back my photo copy card details and explained the danger they put my bank details in and suggested in future not to copy peoples cards,they do not need a photo copy, only to check same card number.please be aware of this...........breakfast was okay if your asian, for the westerner they did have many types of bread ,some freshly cooked eggs and for some reason spaghetti bolognese !! no bacon,only chicken or pork mini sausages,

Good location at Jomtien, close to the beach and walking distance from nice local market/food court. Nice pool and pretty good breakfast.

Too much noise and staff-shouting every morning around 6:00 - 6:30. Paper-thin door and walls did not attenuate sounds from outside, so we involuntary woke up every day that early. Staff used walkie-talkie with volume far right when checking rooms and kept shouting loudly through the corridors. Similar story happened around 2am when drunk guests were returning from bars and loudly yelling at each other. Light sleepers should probably look elsewhere.

Nice hotel with a good restaurant (thaifood )delicious and the european dish according to my friend was great . and a nice view from top floor with a great view over the swimmingpool and the sea . So i can just recommend the hotel .

The bed was a bit hard for me but slept ok anyway.

The hotel was totally outdated, my army barracks were cozier than this hotel. The swimming pool was under renovation and there was no mention about it when I booked the hotel. I wonder how Booking.com evaluates this hotel to be a 4 star hotel, think I'll start using Agoda from now on.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location and overall, good value for money

The room was a little basic, in comparison to other local hotels, including cheaper ones. The pool desperately needed refurbishment as there are several tiles missing, and there were pieces of tile on the floor.
